CODY AND CLEO - DYNAMIC DUO OF OLD NORTHEAST
www.persnickety-pets.com
Thursday, August 11, 2005:  I met with the dynamic duo of Cody and Cleo and their "mom", Dana.  I have never met such friendly and loving cats.  Both of them greeted me warmly and, of course, had to check me out from head to toes!!  I guess I passed inspection because they immediately demanded petting and scratching of the chins and ears.  I am going to enjoy pet sitting for this gorgeous duo.
Saturday, August 13, 2005:  WOW!  Both kitties were standing at the door when I got there this morning.  The definitely knew something was up, but were tickled pink that someone had come to visit them.  I'm sure they were missing their "mama"!!  I gave them something to eat and changed out their water.  They had managed to get some cat food in the water dish and is was all mushy.  I cleaned out their litter box while they supervised.  I used up the contents of the open bag of litter and threw the bag away.  There is still one unopened bag left.  The cats and I then had a photo session and both cats were regular little hams.  I think they liked having their pictures taken.  I am going to try and upload them tomorrow and they will become the newest members of the Photo Gallery.  I sat and chatted with them for a while and then told them goodbye.  I'd be back to see them tomorrow!  I locked up and checked around - all was well.
Sunday, August 14, 2005: Cleo and Cody were both waiting for me again at the door.  I guess they heard me walking up and assumed the position in front of the door.  LOL!!  I fed them both and cleaned all around their bowls.  I cleaned out the litter box and swept up some litter dribble in the closet.  The we sat down on the sofa and chatted awhile (me talking mostly, them listening).  They both love to be petted and are in competition with each other to see who gets the most.  I can't believe how laid back they are.  Very nice kitties.  Of course they had to check out all my bags again and I think Cleo would have liked to climb inside my red bag. I'm not sure but I think that Cody has been helping himself to the cat food again.  I closed the door to the cabinet that held the bagged food but when I got there today it was open again, and the food looked like it had been ripped open a little more.  He is a clever little dude!!!  LOL!!  I left you a little present on your stand in the kitchen (on top of your paid invoice).  If you are pleased with the cat sitting service, please visit guestbook and make an entry.  They make great references for new clients but I am forever forgetting to tell new clients to add their message.  Thanks again, and I hope you have a good trip home. The kitties are doing great, but I'm sure they will be glad to see you come home again!!  Please call if you need me again!  Thanks, Kathy the Critter Sitter
