Meet-N-Greet Sessions are conducted on the weekends ONLY. We will schedule them between our normal pet sitting visits. Meet-n-Greet Sessions REQUIRE a minimum of 7 days advance notice. No Meet-n-Greet Sessions will be conducted the week before a holiday, the week of a holiday, or the week after a holiday because of heavy workloads during those times. Please check holiday list for applicable dates.
The first meet-n-greet session is FREE, any meeting thereafter will be $15
BIRD SPECIAL:
We now offer an "every-other day" pet sitting special for BIRDS only. One visit, every other day will be $15.00 a visit, up to 5 birds. This includes feeding, cleaning area around cage, etc. This offer is good for households containing birds only. NOTE: Parrots generally require more specialized feeding and should be visited daily (or twice daily).
Ideally, the safest care of your bird(s) while you are gone is a daily visit, to ensure they have adequate water and food, and to monitor for illnesses or injuries. If the "every-other-day" service is selected, the owner will be required to sign a separate disclaimer. Persnickety-Pets cannot be held liable for any injury or death that may occur as a result of this service.
AQUARIUM SPECIAL:
We now offer an "every-other day" pet sitting special for AQUARIUMS only. One visit, every other day will be $14.00 a visit, for up to 10 aquariums or ponds. This includes feeding and monitoring water levels. This offer is good for households containing aquariums or ponds, or aquariums and ponds only.
DOGGIE DOODIE SPECIAL:
a.k.a. Poops and Grins
Here's the SCOOP ON POOP!! No time to clean up the 'land mines' accumulating in the backyard? Fido holding his nose when he goes outside? Neighbors moving "down wind"? Take advantage of our "Poop Patrol" services. A once-a-week clean-up, for one dog, is only $16.50 a week. For each additional dog add $1. Yards must be of standard size, larger yards will incur an additional charge. Larger dogs (such as Great Danes) will require an additional fee of $1 per dog. The preliminary visit (start-up of service), will incur an additional, one-time fee of $10. Although we can spot a pile at 90 paces, an occasional poop pile may be overlooked but will be erradicated on the next visit. If your dog has been ill, some piles may not be "pick-up-able". In these cases, if there is an outside hose, we will be sure to wash the debris away. Pooper Scooping services will be performed in time slots where no pet sitting is involved, therefore, they can be done at any time of the day. Owner need not be present, however, access to the yard is a must.
No pets?? But you're leaving for vacation and don't want the hassle of stopping the mail or paper and maybe have inside plants that need watering while you are away? Want to give your house a "lived-in" look and let others know that it is being regularly monitored? Need pool water levels checked? For a very nominal fee of $7 daily we will perform the following duties for homes that are alone:
1. Bring in the mail daily
2. Bring in the papers daily
3. Water inside plants as appropriate
4. A cursory check of systems (power outages, water leaks, storm damage, break-ins)
5. Check pool water levels and fill accordingly
By having your house checked daily, we can call you as soon as we notice any problems and ensure that you will have a nice vacation without having to worry about your empty house. Dogs generally require 2-3 interaction visits daily to ensure they have adequate "potty breaks"
Cats generally require one interaction visit per day.
All caged birds generally require one interaction visit daily (this includes parrots), other caged birds may only require every other day visits
Most aquariums, turtles, and pond fish generally require one interaction visit daily, or every 2 days
Hamsters, mice, gerbils, guinea pigs, and other pocket pets generally require one interaction visit daily, or every other day
Lizards & non-venomous reptiles generally require one interaction visit daily, or every other day
Pot-bellied Pigs generally require 1-2 interaction visits daily
Bunnies and Chinchillas generally require one interaction visit daily
Prairie Dogs generally require 1-2 interaction visits daily
Horses, goats, donkeys generally require two interaction visits daily
Ferrets generally require one interaction visit daily

CAT SPECIALS ARE 15 MINUTES LONG. No medications will be dispensed unless they can be added to the cat's food and left. During holiday seasons, cat specials visits are conducted between the hours of 9AM and 4 PM
We offer a "MINI VISIT" for households with birds only. Each "mini visit" will be 15 minutes long. Visits will consist of changing water cups, refilling food, administering treats, light cleaning around cage. Limit 3 cages. Each Mini Visit is $11.
Cannot be used with the Every Other Day Service. Mini visits are for AM and Mid Visits only - No PM Visits
We offer a "MINI VISIT" for households with aquariums/ponds only. Each "mini visit" will be 15 minutes long. Visits will consist of feeding fish, checking water levels, light fish-keeping duties. Limit 10 aquariums or ponds. Each Mini Visit is $12.

PLEASE NOTE: If keys are not presented at time of the scheduled Meet-n-Greet and an additional trip is necessary to retrieve them, there will be a $10 pick-up charge. Key returns will also incur a $10 charge (unless they can be mailed, a $3 shipping charge will apply)
