OUR HOURS OF OPERATION:
OUR CAT SITTING HOURS ARE FROM 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 7 days a week.
Because of the extreme workloads on the holidays we may occasionally need to extend the hours in order to accommodate all the clients. These hours could be extended from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, however, we will not intentionally schedule those hours and they cannot be requested, they are only in case of a work overload.
All Cat Specials Visits will be conducted between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
DUE TO OUR EXTREMELY HEAVY WORK LOADS WE NO LONGER PROVIDE BED AND BISCUITS (OVERNIGHTS). If your pet requires overnights or earlier/later vists than we have posted, please contact me and I may be able to provide names of pet sitters who provide this service.
Our Office Hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you are calling please leave a message as we do not answer phones when we are driving or when we are pet sitting. We will attempt to answer all calls made during office hours on that day. During holidays or busy times (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day. Spring Break, peak summer weeks (when school lets out), and Halloween), it may not be possible to answer calls, emails or texts in a timely manner. Please leave a message and we will return the calls as soon as possible. If you are calling after the office hours, leave leave your name, number and a brief message and we will get back to you on the next business day.
