Tues. May 21, 2013:   Only 27 days till the girls are here!  Gotta go to the gym today!!  I will need to go every day if I want to rach my goal of 200 pounds by the time they get here!!
Breakfast: 4 strawberries with a sprinkling of sunflower seeds and dried dates, one egg omelet with Eggsland's Best egg, mushrooms, onions, peppers and McDonald's coffee.
